The project is located in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk to the centre, 10 minutes by car to the centre of Paralimni, 15 minutes by car to Ayia Napa and 15 minutes by car to the nearest beach.

The complex comprises of 20 detached houses. Each house consists of 2 levels and each one has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, parking area and backyard. Some of them also have a swimming pool.
