Incomplete residential developmentin Peyia, in the district of Paphos. It is located close to center of Peyia and of the coastline.

According to the Planning Permit the development was licensed for the construction of 11 maisonettes with shared pool and 19 detached houses (villas) with private pools.

8 maisonettes have been completed in addition to seven of the 19 houses. (TBC) A total of 17 units are sold, all of which are completed with the exception of one house which has been sold April of 2017. The remaining units belong to a company which has acquired the title deed of the land, accepting the sold units’ SPAs as encumbrances.

A typical unit consists of an open plan living area with kitchen, an entrance hall and guest bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor consists of three or two bedrooms (master en-suite) and a bathroom.

The immediate area consists of residential developments and empty plots of land. Some cafes, bars and restaurants can be found cvlose by. The wider area includes the amenities offered by the center of Peyia, such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and gas stations.
